The agency confirmed the development via a Tweet from its official handle.

“The sample collection of players for dope testing has already started a few days back. I wouldn’t like to comment beyond that,” NADA DG Naveen Agarwal told PTI when asked for more information.
The PTI report states, “NADA’s own Dope Control Officers (DCOs), who were due to fly to the UAE in the second week of September, are awaiting for necessary approval for the trip.”
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) finally came under NADA’s ambit last year. Since then, the agency has had its DCOs at domestic and international matches at home for the collection of samples.
The samples collected from IPL 2020 are likely to be sent for testing at the WADA-accredited lab in Doha.
